I'm Char Hunter — a mortgage and real estate professional, licensed Realtor, and compliance-focused entrepreneur based in Michigan. By day, I navigate the regulatory world of mortgage processing and lending, with my sights set on a career in mortgage compliance consulting. By everything else, I chase elevated experiences that remind me why building a great life is worth the work.

The brand Char Hunter was born from a simple belief: the people doing the most interesting things professionally are often living the most intentional lives personally. I wanted a space that held both — the career grind and the elevated exhale that makes it worth it.
